When I bought the first DVD of “Kaze no Yojimbo”, I wasn’t quite distinct what I was getting myself into. Finishing the last one, I do now. Kaze no Yojimbo is simply one of the best animes I’ve ever seen, and trust me, I’ve seen quite a few. It also boasts one of the best last two episodes of a series I’ve seen in a long time. It has a bit of a loyal world feel to it, not forcing George (the main character) into an unrealistic relationship with a 17 or 18 year extinct girl that falls in care for with him (George is probably around 25 or a bit less), and the result is truly heartwrenching. Also, don’t miss some awesome action seens, especially the assure seen in the second-to-last episode. Overall, 5 stars.
