The great matchup between the main character and his rival is worth the stamp alone… it’s a grueling fight that lasts the better piece of two episodes.
The remaining three episodes are also lovely suitable, but more of a buildup for volume 3.

I’d recommend checking out volume 1 before jumping into this. Volume 1 is mostly expository, so it’s not as quite as reliable as this one, but I’d say it’s critical to delight in volume 2.

Watch Three Fugitives Movie Online.
Movie Title: Three Fugitives Three Fugitives is available for streaming or downloading. |
I was surprised when I saw how few reviews there were for this film. It must be a valid sleeper, but boy is it a honorable movie. Amusing, a bit serious and fun to notice.
Notle delivers a solid performance but it is Short that makes the movie shine through his bright comedy. There were many laugh out load scenes in this movie and it is fun to notice more than once.
Notle is an ex con going straight and Short is the straight but desperate man turning to crime. The straight man/comic routine really comes across well between these two characters. If you enjoyed “Pure Luck” with Glover as the straight man, you’ll also be pleased this film. I give a strong recommendation to this movie.
Martin Short and Chop Nolte are extraordinary in this adorable film. James Earl Jones and Alan Ruck (That guy from Run, Twister, and Ferris Bueller’s Day Off) also do big jobs. Both kids and adults will adore it. I searched for this movie for three months and I finally found it. Searching was no fun, but it was worth it.

The premise of the current short, Creature Comforts, was to occupy interviews with ordinary people & transform them into comedic animal representations via the medium of claymation. Slice Park & his team developed this brilliantly amusing belief through an entire 13 episode series.

This dvd is amazingly amusing - even what may be perceived as the weaker episodes have their resplendent moments. If you’re a fan of Wallace & Gromit or honest a fan of amusing animation, this dvd is for you. The format has no clear myth line, but rather is a topical discussion - kind of like Dr. Doolittle meets Oprah. Addressing such questions as “Where do we arrive from? “, “Are there aliens? ” and “Cats vs. Dogs” - these installments will leave you in stitches. The animation is flawless, the interview editing friendly. Unbiased an overall delight.
This DVD, containing 13 modern episodes of Creature Comforts is a joy to ogle. Like the recent, it features claymation enthralling animals speaking dialogue taken from interviews of British citizens. The animation is stunning, making the characters really approach alive. The humor is typically dry, and like Wallace and Gromit, you will probably either esteem it or disapprove it, with no in between. The extras are a unbelievable leer into the process enthusiastic in creating such a work.

Stream Madagascar Movie Online.
Movie Title: Madagascar Madagascar is available for streaming or downloading. |
I have to admit I was underwhelmed by the ads for “Madagascar”, it unbiased didn’t sight that trustworthy. But my kids were anxious to peep it so I dragged myself into the theater on Saturday ready to eye another kiddie movie along the lines of “Shark Narrative” or “Home on the Range”. I did not demand to delight in the movie as mighty as my seven year primitive….if not more. “Madagascar” is not only a grand enthralling film and packs as many laughs into it’s hour and half as either “Shrek” movie did, “Madagascar” is unbiased a astronomical comedy. There were several times in the movie that were impartial laugh out loud droll, the scene with the Penguins in Antarctica was worth the stamp of admission for me! There are plenty of jokes aimed at an older audience, like the reference to “The Twilight Zone” episode “How to Help Man”. The memoir is ample and the characters are really fun. The visuals are aesthetic and the animation is marvelous. Add all that together with a large soundtrack, and I mediate “Madagascar” is a grand design to kick off the summer movie season. This one ranks apt up there with “The Incredibles” and “Shrek”.
Madagascar is a cute and comic movie. Parents and kids were laughing through most of the movie. (there was an miniature while where the tale gets dumb.) But, I worship the penguins and the fact that they are always so sneaky; they really purchase the note from the main characters. If you have kids this is a positive must inspect, we had kids laughing the whole time and most loved the lustrous colors, music and especially dancing. You saw a lot of itsy-bitsy kids dancing in their chairs. People without kids or older kids will also like the movie as it has a lot of jokes for adults to support us entertained and laughing; the shining colors are also big for us as well as the dancing and music. I felt this cartoon lived up to its previews and the map it was perceived. My only hope is if they do a 2nd one that they include more of those sneaky penguins.

Many years ago, long before James Bond became the high-tech hero of the movie region, there were a dwelling of inspiring books written by a gentleman named Ian Fleming. These books were about a agreeable British Intelligence agent, code name 007. With due regard to Sean Connery and the equally effective Timothy Dalton, George Lazenby, the star of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, is by far the closest of the Bond actors to the character of the books. There is nothing charming or even particularly likeable about the James Bond of print. He is a totally non-descript character who can easily travel into any crowd; a cold-blooded killer who will effect his mission regardless of the cost. Connery came stop in Dr No, Tim Dalton even closer in License to Ruin but both are too physically pleasing to accurately depict 007. In these regards, Lazenby excels in his protrayal of Bond.
This epic is a interesting, emotional chronicle of an agent committing the ultimate sin, getting alive to with another individual enthusiastic in a mission. All of the normal Bond components are present; gadgetry, high-speed chases, lots of explosions and lots of heavenly girls. This one goes one step farther, giving us a truly malevolent villain (played brilliantly by Telly Savalas) and Bond’s only honest romantic interest (played equally brilliantly by Diana Rigg) .
The action is non-stop, the locations are glorious, the soundtrack one of the best. The climax is one of the most gut-wrenching ever placed on film.

On Her Majesty’s Secret Service has often been placed at the very bottom of the long list of James Bond vehicles. It doesn’t belong there. This is an outstanding film with a truly outstanding cast. Give it a try. You won’t be disappointed.
When other Bond fans first talk to me the the query they always ask is “What do you deem of O.H.M.S.S.? “. The reply to that is not a simple one.
I first saw the film in the cinima in 1973 and was surprised, given all the negative reports I’d heard about it, how apt it was. Although very long by Bond standards the film moves along at a splendid clip and has the capacity to steal the viewer. Although several of the earlier films in the series follow the main set lines from the novels, from which they hold their names, this is the only atempt by EON to film an Ian Fleming book as written.
Watching the film on DVD all these years later was a joy. The transfer is surperb the, sound crisp and short of watching a pristine print in a film theatre this is the best vision of this film your ever going to perceive. The additional features particularly the director’s commentry get this a must for any of the many fans that this film has.

O.H.M.S.S has a large “survey” and the deep purple colour that is in the opening sequence, continues in the titles and is seen through out the rest of the film in various guises. There was a kind of chic fashion unprejudiced at the kill of the sixties after the hippies and before the seventies gave style a abominable name; this is one of the few films that captures that time. Unprejudiced search for at the slash of James Bond’s suits or the dresses primitive by the girls in Piz Gloria; it’s nostalgia perhaps but I fancy it!
George Lazenby is element of the film that most people seem to abominate and the fact that he started out as a model is usually sited as proof of his lack of acting ability; well actually Sean Connery started out as an art college life model. At least George kept his clothes on in the “Ample Fry” ads.! But seriously, for the most share he looks grand in the action sequences and when he has to play the normal affable, laughing in the face of anguish, side of Bond he’s at least acceptable; but when he has to step out side of that, for instance when he confronts Tracy in his hotel room early on in the film that he becomes less convincing. Compare that with Sean’s Bond when he confronts Tatiana in the stammer in “From Russia With Savor” and you’ll watch what I’m getting at. But actually his attempt is better than Roger Moore’s confrontation with Rosie in “Live And Let Die”. The only distress is that each line Lazenby speaks seems to be made up of several different takes, all recorded at different sound levels, which makes him sound as if he has a perminant attack of hiccups; peaceful you do come by frail to it. If Lazenby lacks experience his deficiency is compenceted by the standard of acting from the rest of the cast and the obliging dialogue in this film; for example, Moneypenny’s devastating save down when Bond attempts to resign the Service “What did you examine, a knighthood? ” is unforgetable and one of the few times Lois Maxwell’s character gets the upper hand in the whole series.
The structure of this film is very different from the others in the series; Bond spends the first half of the film meeting and falling in treasure with Tracy. He then locates Blofeld, discovers his understanding and only then does the film shift up into the frenetic plug that we more normally associate with the Bond films. The ski and car hasten sequences that follow are terrifically provocative and compare favourably with the best in the series. Then we have the final confrontation with Blofeld and inevitable distruction of Piz Gloria. Incidentally Lazenby’s encounter with the St. Bernard dog after the bob sleigh hurry was apparently ad-libbed and for an untrained actor he does it better than many RADA graduates I can contemplate of.
Peter Hunt, more than anyone else, was the man brought this film together as a first time director it is a sparkling debut. For instance his choice of Simon Ravan to add dialoge to the scenes between Blofeld and Tracy lifts the whole film. Almost every shot seems to think his feel for the book. It is only fitting that the opening shot of the film, absent do the VHS version, which containes his reflection in the brass name plate of “Universal Exports” has been restored to this print.
Many action film fans abhor this portray well they’d better stick to “Things Preserve Exploding III” which at least is better than “Things Withhold Exploding II” although not as well-behaved as “Things Hold Exploding” although it lacks the characterization of the other two. The rest of us can bask in the most literate of the James Bond films. It’s not better or worse than any of the others unprejudiced different.

Watch Mutiny on the Bounty Online.
Movie Title: Mutiny on the Bounty Mutiny on the Bounty is available for streaming or downloading. |
Charles Laughton gives the standout performance in this classic retelling of the Bounty mutiny. Gable appears properly confounded and gives a believable and sympathetic rendering of Fletcher Christian. The movie holds up remarkably well despite some awkward editing and gaps in the fable line. Aloof, at 133 minutes it is a relatively long film but it never drags. In spite of allegations made in other reviews there are no “white girls in blackface” or “boats in a bathtub” scenes. Honest, navels are concealed but the two female leads are obviously and revealingly topless in several scenes. As for “toy boats in a bathtub” there is only one sequence that obviously utilizes a model and it isn’t all that sure. Laughton is the luminary here and his Bligh stays with you. In fact it has stayed with the culture for sixty-five years. His performance is without fault and repeated watchings contain this out. A couple of sequences have a closer look: The mutiny montage is startlingly effective and intense. It is a realistic portrayal of sudden violence; short, confusing, and graphic. The Sunday morning prayers on deck sequence is poetic and approaches the sublime. The ship’s sails gleam translucent in the sun, the Union Jack floats majestically in the wobble, sunlight reflects brightly on faces as the Captain invokes God’s blessings on the voyage. The grievous dissimilarity of light and shadowy in the dim and white print and the metaphorical inequity of noble against Bligh, the epitome of contaminated, is subtle yet effective. It is a pleasing few moments. In every contrivance but gloss this film is edifying to the 1962 version. The 1984 “Bounty” with Mel Gibson is a sparkling film but it fades in the memory. This version lingers in the subconsious.
This film has never escaped my top ten favorites list. The only film in history to have 3 leading men nominated for best actor. While Gable is perfect as Fletcher Christian and Franchot Tone gives a trustworthy performance as a midshipman, it’s Charles Laughton’s Captain Bligh that sets this film apart. You’ll want to mutiny too. The ensemble cast is also memorable (unlike later films), each playing off Bligh’s totally disgusting presence. Stolen cheeses, rancid rations and repeated lashings drive a crew unexcited by press-gangs to solicit 1st mate Christian to extinguish their misery. And he does, casting Bligh adrift and taking the Bounty to Tahiti where half-naked island girls and a perfect aloof life compare to Bligh like heaven to hell. I shed a lunge every viewing during Tone’s ‘lift their hearts’ speech at the extinguish. This is a must look classic in every sense. Highest recommendation (for all but the youngest children)
